What is Time And Attendance Management System?
Time and attendance system is used to gather information about the amount of time employees spend with the company or job. An electronic badge reader is a time tracking device that is used to collect the clocking time and the information is processed by time and attendance software.
How does Time and Attendance Management System work?
The employee scans an ID badge through the reader at the beginning and end of the work period. The badge reader data is copied regularly to a PC running a Time Attendance Software that will track and evaluate the performance and work activities of employees. Time Attendance Software is able to store, track and organize the most important employee time related information. Time And Attendance Software application will also generate various attendance reports for each employee. Some of the common reports are:
Daily Attendance Report, Monthly Attendance, Lateness Report, Absenteeism Report,Overtime Report, Leave Report...etc.
